The Territory Manager is responsible for selling corporate products to qualified customers in person.  A positive attitude and great people skills will be necessary for the Territory Manager to be successful. 


  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Advises dealers, customers, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
  • Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Works to increase market share by utilizing face-to-face sales techniques.
  • Works with dealers in order to help them improve their business.
  • Analyzes ways to obtain new customers through following inside and outside leads.
  • Focuses on new product promotions by getting the information to customer accounts.
  • Follows-up on calls and dealer visits in order to keep customers informed and satisfied.
  • Analyzes sales and market potential.


  • Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
