Stens, a division of Arrowhead Electrical Products, supplies quality replacement and original parts and accessories to more than 50,000 customers worldwide through its U.S. and international distribution network. We carry over 7,000 products and are a member of the Outdoor Power Equipment Aftermarket Association (OPEAA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services. 100 minimum quality outbound calls are to be made a week.
  • Manage inbound sales calls to convert calls into sales.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Work in a team environment to exceed client expectations.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide product demos to qualified customers on request.
  • Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions using Microsoft Excel and current systems.
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
  • Mail correspondence and promotions to current and prospective customers when needed.
  • Obtain and convert quotes for customers.
  • Work with internal support teams, to ensure all aspects of customer account management are completed at a high level of service and within expected timelines.
