Position Summary:                                                                           

This position is responsible for delivering the right part, to the right customer, at the right time

Job functions include picking, packing and shipping customer orders.


Job Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately pick/pull parts throughout the warehouse by pulling and filling orders.
  2. Weigh products using scale and calculate total weight.
  3. Check part numbers and quantities with a high degree of accuracy.
  4. Accurately pack orders into shipping cartons in a manner where they will be protected during shipping.
  5. Verify all components of the order are packed in good boxes for the correct customer.
  6. Responsible for reading customer order notes and fill order with any special customer requirements.
  7. Sort product on shelves and bins according to predetermined sequence.
  8. May unload freight and check in product.
  9. May move product from Receiving to other designated areas.
  1. Maintain warehouse including cleanliness and orderliness of floor areas.
  1. Assist in the counting of physical inventory and may perform inventory audits as needed.
  2. Notify Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager of any stock shelf issues.
  3. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to Lead or Manager.
  4. Perform invoicing on pack line.
  5. Inspect freight and complete proper paperwork.
  1. Report any shortages.
  2. Report any damaged or defective products.
  3. Stock parts in the proper location in the warehouse.
  4. Follow all prescribed safety rules. 


Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. 

1+ years of related job experience preferred.

Must have the ability to operate a fork truck.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for a prolonged period; 95% of the day. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist. Using proper lifting techniques, the employee must be able to lift up to 20 lbs 70% of the day and up to 65 lbs 30% of the day.
