This is position is a member of the marketing department and is responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing materials, managing projects, and ensuring company messages and branding are consistent to drive increased sales and brand awareness. The role requires a team player who is passionate, creative, an independent thinker, detailed oriented, multi-tasker and comfortable working with various departments to accomplish marketing tasks.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure marketing messages are supportive of and consistent with company and product branding, and marketing strategies.
  2. Develop concepts and content for marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, catalogs, and sell sheets.
  3. Manage the marketing material creation process, working with internal and external graphic design teams.
  4. Provide editing feedback and approvals on marketing materials
  5. Manage promotional pricing updates to support marketing campaigns
  6. Develop and execute email marketing communications campaigns.
  7. Coordinate website updates for new product introductions and to support customer marketing campaigns.
  8. Manage website updates for excess and obsolete inventory and promotional product sale campaigns.
  9. Manage FatStax users and assets for digital distribution of information to the sales team
  10. Create and publish social media content.
  11. Create and distribute customer surveys.
  12. Plan, manage, and analyze promotional incentive campaigns
  13. Manage and procure promotional items to support sales initiatives and new product introductions.
  14. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  15. Manage tradeshow preparation, planning, staffing, set-up and post-show lead management.
  16. Manage customer marketing documents, specifically licensing agreements and drop ship forms.
  17. Creation of press releases, editorials and other technical pieces, as needed
  18. Occasional (less than 5%) travel for marketing events, educational training or dealer visits may be required.

Education and Qualifications:

4 year College degree

3+ years of marketing experience

Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience preferred

Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
