Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Blaine.

Work Schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm


This position is responsible to assist in managing all internal inventory including location integrity as well as organization of all inventories.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cycle counts per the inventory schedule which includes daily, quarterly and annual.
  2. Responsible for the condition, organization and cleanliness of the inventory and picking shelves to ensure forward shelf integrity, which supports efficient picking.
  3. Audit overstock locations to ensure integrity in the inventory control system.
  4. Keeps inventory as compact as possible by conducting periodic resizing and re-slotting of forward pick locations.
  5. Manage and resolve reported inventory issues. This will include coordinating and communicating with other departments.
  6. Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of work area.
  7. Provide assistance in other departments as necessary.

 Lead Associate Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training to other employees as necessary.
  2. Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to.
  3. Responsible for the productivity and quality of work with all inventory department employees.
  4. Ensure all work equipment and tools are in proper working order.
  5. Communicate with management of any issues or potential work issues.

 Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred

1+ years of related work experience in inventory control management

Must have experience with cherry picker or be willing to learn

 Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for a prolonged period, up to 100% of the day. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reaching with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist. Using proper lifting techniques, the employee must be able to lift up to 20 pounds 70% of the day and up to 65 pounds 30% of the day.
